OAKTOP CATERING  HOG ROASTS 

Having a Spit Roast for any Wedding, Party or Event is always a great talking point that makes for a truly memorable occasion. It not only looks impressive, our Spit roast machine ensures that your meat is succulent and tender as it rotates, constantly self-basting your Pig, Lamb or Poultry. Ryun and Melinda collect the meat stock juices during the cooking period and pour them back onto your meat as its served. This keeps your meat not only moist, but seriously tasty. 
We offer a range of Pork, Suckling Pig, Lamb or a selection of meat joints poultry and game. All our meat is sourced locally and is consistently of high quality. Our Lamb or suckling Pig is great for smaller events often catering for around 40 guests, whilst our Pork is great for serving larger numbers of up to 250 guests. Why not make a real meal of it and serve some of our Golden Roasted Potatoes alongside your meat. 
 
TRADITIONAL HOG ROAST 
We slow cook all our pigs between six and ten hours ensuring that every one is perfectly tender and moist.

SPIT ROASTED PULLED PORK 
Our pulled pork option comes with the flavour from the deep south of America, We smother your shredded pork with our homemade sticky, sweet, smokey and slightly spiced barbeque sauce. and serve with our homemade cheesy coleslaw. The taste is unbelievable. 
 
Alternatively you may like to try our half & half option so that your guests can enjoy both the traditional hog roast as well as the pulled pork. 
 
We carve the pork from the back end of your pig for your traditional hog roast And the shoulder meat is shredded and drenched in our speciality sauce

LAMB & SUCKLING PIG 
If you want something a bit different and are catering for a smaller number of guests then why not impress everyone with a delicious suckling pig, served with all the trimmings, including our homemade sausages. 
 
Our locally produced spit roasted lamb is a tasty treat at any party, juicy and tender with the full flavour of the South West. Both suckling pig or lamb will comfortably feed around 40 guests.

BBQ BEEF BRISKET-POULTRY & JOINTS 
There is something for everyone when you choose this option. It will allow you to cater for both large or smaller numbers of guests and will give them a greater choice of succulent locally produced meat. This can be boned and rolled beef, pork and lamb joints to chicken or game. 
 
A popular choice is our slow cooked barbeque beef brisket. This is cooked in our hot smoker and then covered in our homemade Kansas City barbeque sauce. Truly tasty with an extra special sweet and spicy kick. Or how about some smokey chicken or duck served with our bacon marmalade 
 
Add our beef brisket to either your traditional hog roast or our half and half option giving you the Trio Feast Special. 
 
For the Christmas party why not smoke or spit roast your Turkey or Goose dinner with all the trimmings.
